Measure your baby's foot from heel to longest toe while standing (if they can stand) or gently pressing their foot flat on a piece of paper. Trace the outline and measure the length in centimetres.
US 3 (EU 18) — Inner length 11.5cm / 4.5" — Fits foot length 10.5–11cm — Approx. age 6–9 months
US 4 (EU 19) — Inner length 12.5cm / 4.9" — Fits foot length 11.5–12cm — Approx. age 9–12 months
US 5 (EU 20–21) — Inner length 13.5cm / 5.3" — Fits foot length 12.5–13cm — Approx. age 12–18 months
